Opic 360 Review Application
Using Opic 360 review company administrators can generate employee review questionnaires and assign them to select employees for completion. The system can manage questionnaires, employee reviews reports, and assignments.
Employees can invite colleagues, managers and directors to complete reviews. Completing a review helps generate a statistical report of an employee's performance. Reports generated contain a summary of performance as well as a comparison against benchmarks.
