The Opic Progress system allows Opics clients to measure their own staff progress through training programs and more effectively meet the needs of their staff training requirements.

By subscribing to and using the Opic Progress online SaaS application, Opics clients can login and easily see exactly where their staff are at with their training progress. The staff are able to login and answer questionairres based on the type of training they would like to receive.

The training is then delivered online, and the staff are quized to measure their progress. Management in charge of the staff doing the training are then able to login and see reports on the different questions and answers as well as see a progress graph showing where everyone is at with their training needs.
