The Step into Life ‘Customer Management System’ product is a enterprise-grade corporate franchise member management system.
Step into Life are one of Australia’s largest Personal Training businesses, and this is the system that manages all aspects of their Franchises’s day-to-day operations. From within this system, a Franchisee is able to manage their members, their classes, member contracts & payments, and also get detailed reports.
This system is built on the LAMP stack and uses Ajax and Web 2.0 features to give a rich end-user experience.
